Auction Account Questions


For Bidders:

Create an account by clicking the Register to bid link in the upper right hand corner of your screen. If you are on a mobile device, select the 3 bar menu in the upper right corner and choose the register to bid link.

 
Fill in your Basic Info on the secure registration page. Please note: when creating your user name, it will be visible to all bidders. If you would like to receive text alerts when you have been outbid, please make sure to select yes and enter your mobile number in the phone number field.

Fill in your Billing Info including a valid credit card. If you are creating an account to bid in a real estate auction, your credit card is still required but will not be charged. Creating an online auction bidding account allows you to register for all types of auctions. If you prefer to pay cash or certified funds for any non-real estate auction you can make those arrangements at the conclusion of each auction, however a valid credit card is required to create the online auction bidding account.

Fill in your Shipping Info. If this info is the same as your billing information, simply select the same as billing checkbox and the fields will auto populate.

Review the Terms and Conditions of the website and check the box to agree with the terms. Click on the Create Account button to complete the process.
