STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.<br>

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16515 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own labor, tools, packing materials & moving equipment.<br>
