Dynamic Closing: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the asset's closing time.<br>

Possession: The winning bidder/buyer agrees to produce the total purchase price for the auction by the end of day of the following business day from which the bidding ends. On the same day, the winning bidder also agrees to sign the lease with the current building owner at 7800 West 63rd Street; Overland Park, Kansas 66202, and take possession of the ongoing lease effective November 1st 2016.<br>
