Bidders will also find a large offering of ammunition, magazines, optics, scopes, firearm accessories, gun-cleaning products, outdoor gear, apparel and related inventory.
And it doesn't stop with the merchandise. This is a complete retail-store liquidation, with display cases, gondola shelving, clothing racks, computers, electronics, security fixtures and other store equipment also selling.

The overwhelming majority of firearms and merchandise are believed to be new retail inventory, and most firearms are believed to have never been fired other than possible manufacturer testing. However, some firearms may have been previously owned, traded in, displayed, handled, or otherwise used. Do not assume any individual lot is new or unfired unless specifically stated in that lot's description. Bidders should review all photographs, descriptions and available inspection opportunities and bid based upon their own evaluation of each item.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and an FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).
KANSAS RESIDENTS: We are unable to transfer handguns or receivers or frames to non-Missouri residents. Please plan on using a Kansas FFL dealer to obtain your firearms. We are partnered with Centerfire in Olathe, Kansas where we can drop off your firearms at no additional cost the following Tuesday and you will just need to pay their transfer fee to them when you complete your background check. Please call or send an email after the auction to make these arrangements.
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you), and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. An adult signature will be required for the receipt of any firearm that is shipped. You will need to contact your FFL dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL to [email protected] and include your name in order to complete the shipping of your winning firearms.
