BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
STAGGARD/GROUP/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Wednesday, August 26th. The closing time of a lot or group of lots will be automatically reset to 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 824 N Scott Avenue; Belton, Missouri by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Thursday, August 27th from 1 pm to 5 pm and Friday, August 28th from 9 am to 12 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options.
